Preparing for
Stressful Events
As Performance Coaches we assist clients in their preparation for particular tasks or events, such as mediation sessions or visitation exchanges, and teach the skills required to manage these situations
successfully. With effective preparation and an increased ability to
function under stress, people become better able to handle these difficult situations.
Examples of goals for Performance Coaching may include presenting issues clearly and negotiating confidently in mediation, preparing for court appearances, or remaining emotionally controlled during contacts with a (former) spouse.
