Dr. Kirsten Lysne

Dr. Lysne holds a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and has over a decade of professional experience in helping individuals improve their performance, reach their goals, and improve relationships. In addition to the art of psychological healing, she has pursued specialized training and experience in the areas of leadership development, management, and conflict mediation throughout her professional career. She has particular expertise in working with individuals and organizations to enhance their awareness of cultural diversity issues and optimize their performance in cross-cultural or multicultural contexts.

Dr. Lysne took her undergraduate training at St. Olaf College where she participated in extensive international travel and education. She completed her doctoral studies at the California Institute of Integral Studies, one of the few doctoral psychology programs in the U.S. that specifically integrates multidisciplinary and multicultural perspectives. She completed her clinical internship at the Indian Health Board of Minneapolis, which had the largest American Indian behavioral health clinic in the country at that time. She later become the clinic’s director and created for them a professional training and development program. Dr. Lysne has completed training in both Civil and Family Law Mediation. She is listed on the Minnesota Supreme Court’s Roster of Qualified Neutrals and is an associate member of the Collaborative Law Institute.
