Michael Goldfarb, MSW, LICSW, holds a Masters of Social Work Degree from Augsburg College with a Bachelors Degree in Science from the University of Minnesota where he majored in Social Work and Youth Studies.  He is licensed by the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.

Michael has over ten years of experience working with children and families in a variety of public and private settings where he has consistently supported families in developing child-centered solutions as families faced significant challenges.   In addition to his private practice at Moxie Inc., Michael also holds a position with Hennepin County Family Court Services where he provides Early Neutral Evaluation Services, Mediation, and Custody and Parenting Time Evaluations.

Michael specializes in assisting individuals and families involved in custody and parenting time disputes through Social Early Neutral Evaluation and Parenting Consulting services in addition to other traditional therapeutic modalities.

Michael is listed as a qualified neutral under Rule 114 on the Minnesota Supreme Court’s Roster of Qualified Neutrals.  Michael is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and is a founding member of the new Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.  As a graduate student, he served as a board member on the Minnesota Clinical Social Work Society.
